Stage sequence
- Freeze the plan revision used for takeoff and record the source.
- Extract and reconcile device, cable/pathway, port, rack/panel, door/zone, and accessory quantities.
- Resolve dependencies, labor conditions, testing, programming, training, closeout, freight, spare/waste, and customer/other-party responsibilities.
- Separate base scope, options, alternates, allowances, exclusions, and unresolved conditions.
- Run independent count, model/dependency, and scope reviews before adding current pricing.
