Low-Voltage Proposal Design Workflow

Translate reviewed design and estimating data into a clear customer proposal with scope, options, responsibilities, and acceptance controls.

A proposal should explain what the customer is buying, why the proposed design addresses the stated need, what each party must provide, and what happens next.

Stage sequence

  1. Confirm customer/project identity, approved design revision, proposal purpose, price basis, and expiration/review rules.
  2. Write a plain-language executive summary and scope linked to the plan and project assumptions.
  3. Present equipment/services, options, alternates, allowances, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, warranty/support boundaries, and training/closeout.
  4. Verify tax, currency, region, legal/business terms, accessibility, attachments, branding, and authorized acceptance method.
  5. Record delivery, revisions, questions, approvals, and the exact accepted version.

Stage output

Issue one traceable customer-facing proposal and preserve its source data, attachments, decisions, and next action for sales follow-up and handoff.
